Disclaimer: While we strive for excellence, some stains and odours, especially those from old accidents such as wine, urine, food colourants, and acidic liquids, may be permanent. As a result, we cannot guarantee 100% stain and odour removal. Additionally, heavily matted-down synthetic rugs may be challenging to restore.
WARNING: Please refrain from steam cleaning or dry cleaning your rugs, as these methods can be detrimental to natural fibres.
