Rugs are beautiful in picture, but can be haffle in your home decor, not that the colours & style of the picture rug is wrong, but simply because a rug can come in different shapes and sizes.

The rug that you like in any website through a picture, may have the right colors & style for you home decor, but if the shape, size or even fibers don't match your home furniture layout or home uses then YOU HAVE A PROBLEM !

At Terry's Rugs Our Experts have more than 20 years of experience with rugs, and for that matter we don't want our customers to choose and make the final decision just from the picture.

We believe on 100% customer satisfaction that's why we never sold rugs to any customers simply from a picture.

Our policy is that;

1. Get to see our rugs at home before purchasing, for a period of up to 10 days without any obligation to purchase, free of charge.

2. By trying our rugs in your surroundings (home or office), you will know if the size, colors, style or shape of that special rug fits your home or office needs properly.

3. We also offer a free of charge delivery service of our bigger rugs on trial, within Ottawa-Gatineau region and not further than 20 klms:

- All other cutomers that can't take advantage of our try-out period, should emails us their needs, since you live out of our region;

- And all our sales of quality wool rugs are backed up with a 90 days exchange or up to 30 days return policy.
